Tools used in the production operations, and the Tool Groups into which tools
are classified.

production operations and assign it to a specific work center.
- A Calendar is working with Tools and Machines to automatically calculate the

- Ability to assign detail operations for each manufacturing
operation. For example a parent manufacturing operation, cutting, may have
several detail operations such as sleeve cutting, collar cutting, ….etc.
- Using unique bar code tickets for each production order’s detail
operations covering information about the status of the operation, and

- An efficient and time-saving Scan Ticket program to scan
the bar code tickets for every detail operation in the production order. This
ensures updating the operation’s actual time and helps you know the productivity
rate of the involved employees.
- Ability to print the tracking tickets form.
- Ability to print tacking ticket labels with different label sizes.
- Powerful file listing reports such as Tools and
Machines reports for on-line previewing or printing information
about some/all Tools and Machines, according to the range specified by the user.
- Automatic generation of bundles for every production lot based on
pre-defined bundle size with the ability to modify the generated bundles.
- Printing an employee’s Worksheet form to label what the employee has done.
This form includes employee’s ID and tracking ticket #.
- Printing QC form to label the actual quantities received in the production
order, and accordingly calculate payroll for part-time employees.
- Ability to track the rejected pieces according to the QC form to be
reflected in the production order.
