I. Business Process Analysis & Mapping

• Process identification & information gathering.
• Fit-gap analysis of Aria software and client's business processes.
• Identification and analysis of areas requiring intervention and customization.
• Client sign-off on the analysis and identification of modifications, module amendments, custom programs, custom reports. This step will provide the framework for the configuration setup.

II. Aria's Process Improvement Methodology.

The aim of Aria's Process Improvement Methodology is to bridge the gap between operations and information systems (IS). We accomplish this goal by mapping the existing processes from an operational standpoint to the software application deployed as part of the performance improvement initiative and apply corrective action, while incorporating preventive measures.

Aria will deliver a procedure manual, which will include the following:
