The warehousing software has support for Radio frequency based hand held computers and works with the Aria Apparel System version 2.7. You can now have your warehouse people working in pick & pack, shipping and other warehouse operations communicate information in real time to your Aria system.
Intermec 2415 RF Keypad Handheld computers can be connected to your network via radio frequency link instead of a direct cable connection. These devices are lightweight with a built-in scanner allowing ease of use for your pickers and receivers in your warehouse.
Aria has developed picking and receiving applications designed specifically for use with the smaller 16 row x 20 character screen of these devices. This application runs on the hand held devices and communicates in real time with your Aria Apparel system version 2.7.

of a given user to a specific operation such as picking sales orders, receiving
purchase orders/cutting tickets, or just viewing.

- Ability to save incomplete picking session before logging off, so that
when you log in again you can resume counting from the last style picked in the
previous session. This feature is useful especially if you usually have a great
number of styles that cannot be picked in one session.
- Automatic locking of a carton to other users temporarily when the carton
is being received.
- Ability to receive more than one purchase order/cutting ticket in the
same session.
- Ability to void a partially received carton if you want to restart
receiving it.
