The Human Resources module is developed to be your reliable computerized technique for managing the most important element of your work cycle; your employees. This module enables you to have full control over the human resources in your company. It ensures an effective monitoring of your work cycle and employees’ progress by tracking the performance, salary or wage and attendance rate of every employee. The Human Resources module enables you to track information on the employees, plants, departments, work centers, and work shifts.

Ability to store and maintain Employees’ information
including the plant ID. Each employee file includes employee-specific personal
data, address, emergency contact information, qualifications, payroll, work
shifts and a production calendar for working periods, employee’s vacations or
leaves.
Ability to assign each employee to a Cost Center so
that you can easily obtain summarized payroll data.
Ability to specify a return reason for every style
returned.
Ability to assign the right employee to the right
manufacturing task based on pre-defined Qualification Codes where the percentage
scale for each employee in performing the different tasks is entered.
Ability to store and maintain Plant information
including addresses, email and a calendar displaying working and non-working
periods in the plant.
Ability to store and maintain Shift information
including the shift code, plant ID, shift start and finish time.

maintenance times.
Bar code support in a Time Card program to record
employees’ time in/out on a daily basis by scanning the employee’s bar code

A powerful report generator for on-line previewing
or printing information about some/all employees, work centers, shifts,
departments and plants, based on the range specified by the user.
